- The Public Work has been damaging the trash barrels lately and it needs to stop. I have replaced few of this in the last few months. Broken wheels, now it’s broken cover. They throw it down on the sidewalk and should not be happening. We understand they have a bard job but keep damaging someone’s property it’s not acceptable.
