Description: My neighbor is throwing urine out the window and it is getting over my house and right in front of my steps. It smells horrible and it’s really unsanitary. We have video of them dumping the urine out the window. You’ll see it at the end of the video. We constantly have to clean outside with soap and water. Now that it’s been cold, some of the sidewalk freezes and it’s unsafe. It’s coming from 22 Lexington street in Charlestown. It’s a White House. If you’re looking at the house from the road it’s the right window
