- Black Jeep Wrangler 5yzg 99 is parked at an EV spot at the municipal lot on ruggles st plugged in for 10+ hours. I see this car here nearly daily. It's a PHEV, only needs 2.5 hours to charge. This guy is hogging a spot that other EVs need and is overstaying the time limit for spaces here in general. Please ticket and/or tow, the plug is not locked it can be removed.
