- Illegal parking in tow and fire zone impeding access to fire hydrant servicing 110 unit condo building and bldg utility access. Athens St behind 69 A Street. Routine entitled offenders. This routine issue need to be addressed as a presents a serious safety issue for our building. Please ticket and tow asap. Thank you! This RI plated Cadillac continues to illegally park here. My superintendent needs access back here and no one is towing this entitled losers! TOW or WE will report this matter to the police for enforcement.
