An Amazon order was shipped to my address at 114 Fenway, Boston, Massachusetts 02115. According to the carrier tracking information, the package was marked “Delivered” on 2/0/26 at/near the delivery location. However, the package was not received and could not be located after checking the building entrance, lobby/mail area, and around the property. I also checked with neighbors/building staff and no one has the package. Based on the carrier’s confirmed delivery status and the fact that the package is missing, it appears the package was taken by an unknown third party after delivery. I am filing this report because Amazon has requested a police report to continue their investigation and assist with a refund.
