Description: I am writing for multiple families of children who attend the William M Trotter Elementary School on Humboldt Ave. I have reported this back in Oct/Nov. 1. We don't have a crossing guard their has been multiple near misses. This should be a priority for the City of Boston. We also have cars that are parked in the bus lanes that argue with the school staff when asked to move. And our sidewalk for the buses are not sholved so students have to either wait for buses to be in a clear spot to pull up to or climb over the snow piles | Case (SR) Type: [BPD: Traffic/Parking] Referred To: [POLICE: AREA B-2]
