- Three foot high berm created by City plowing obstructing sidewalk access for pedestrians, particularly seniors residents of 42 Park Street, Charlestown, corner of Park and Warren. Also obstructing access to 93 Bus inbound. Strollers cannot pass without walking in gutter, nor can pedestrians. Please remove that three foot high berm at once.
