- Fire hydrant blocked by giant snow pile. Truck would have difficulty hooking up to hydrant if an emergency happens in the area. Crews could also crew the handicap spot 4 spots away I have asked about two weeks in a row at the same time. ? On Fairfield street. But I noticed this hydrant not being able to get to when I couldn’t use the handicap spot 2 weeks after the big storm! Which is missing a sign too after the pole was replaced mid storm. As I reported yesterday and last Monday. This hydrant is across from 1 FAIRFIELD STREET on the corner of the SOUTH West corner of Public Alley 417.
