- Severe, active rat infestation at the rear of 604 Dorchester Ave (4-Unit Building). Rodents have gnawed large holes through the plastic trash barrels to access the garbage, which is their primary food source. The infestation has spread to the structure; there are visible burrows under the rear steps where rats have tunneled into the foundation. Rats are now active inside the building and dwelling units. The landlord has failed to provide rodent-proof receptacles or pest control, creating a public health hazard
