- I know the city doesn’t care beyond issuing a citation but this asshole still hadn’t shoveled his sidewalk. Every single night I walk to and from work I have to walk in the middle of the god damn street as the sidewalks still haven’t been shoveled. “CASE NOTED! CITATION ISSUED!” Right 311? I literally don’t care your citations have been issued. It does nothing for me as someone that has to walk here and It’s not making him shovel his fucking sidewalk.
