- BPD assigned to traffic safety was clueless to the fact that he was parked on the friggin sidewalk. Maybe he should 1. Not be in a car while working, 2. He should probably know where the sidewalk is if he is supposed to be directing traffic bc 99% of traffic at this intersection is foot traffic… and 3. He should not be parked ON said sidewalk. It’s also Resident Permit Parking only and I doubt this cop lives in Chinatown…
