- Public alley has not been treated At All. It's public alley 915? I think. This is a public alley. I has not treated and it does not allow safe access to empty our trash in the barrels located down the alley. The alley has 2"-3" inches of frozen ice covering the bottom 1/3 of cobblestones and frozen snow covering the top 2/3 of cobblestones. The other side of the alley is private property. Their driveway is treated and cleared. Help. It treturous walking down the alley with rubbish having to hold on to the brick wall. HELP PLEASE. Thank you. Resident at 85 Westland Ave Boston MA 02115
