- This is behind Armandine. City sidewalk once again ignored. Students and parents fall each day. And when I report this, 311 just says closed. Multiple injuries. And hundreds of community members disrespected each day. Not sure who to reach out to. (this is the stretch that leads from Washington Street to. Peacevale road.) students are forced to walk in the streets. I’ve done what I can… Your turn.
