- A traffic study needs to be done in Claire Square, Hyde Park coming off Business St and the River Street bridge at 2 o'clock in the afternoon. It's ridiculous then add in the double parking and the pedestrian light. The study should not be done at 10 AM in the morning at 2 PM in the afternoon, it's complete gridlock every single day. It creates a hardship on residence and businesses in Hyde Park
