- I reported illegal dumping in front of my house under the snow and the city gave me a ticket for reporting the illegal dumping like me the property owner did it when I clearly explained that I am not doing any remodeling in my house and someone else dumped it under the mountain of snow in front of my house. By the way they said the city is going to pick it up and to post a picture of what is in front of my house and they used that to give me a ticket instead and close the case. Lol!!!
