- Hello, my name is Draper Richey, and I live at 9 Ludlow St in Charlestown. For months now there has been a bike parked and locked unattended right outside the playground on Mead Street, which is right outside my house. Will you please get rid of it? Actually, since I live right here, would it be more efficient for you if I just disposed of it myself? I'm absolutely positive it wouldn't be a problem at all. Thanks!
