Carvell Curry, a 62-year-old man who experienced homelessness in Boston for over 15 years, died from exposure to freezing temperatures on December 5, 2025, outside South Station. His death sparked a unanimous City Council resolution urging the MBTA to establish better cold-weather emergency shelter this should not happen what is wrong with this city wake up I don’t have a place to stay but if I see someone on the ground I will call the ambulance lot of people would not do that wake up because it not your family get extra resources out there not right this situation is city wide where the city council
