- Urgent !!! ADA Accessibility Violation – Snow Obstructing Accessible Parking (186 Endicott Street) I am a disabled North End resident reporting that the designated handicap-accessible parking space at 186 Endicott Street remains completely obstructed by snow piles, nearly three weeks after the storm. Despite 6 prior calls and reports regarding accessible parking in this area, this space has not been cleared. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable city accessibility requirements, designated accessible parking must be maintained in a usable condition. When snow blocks these spaces, disabled residents are effectively denied access. I am requesting immediate removal of the snow and confirmation once the accessible space has been restored to usable condition. Thank you for your prompt attention.
