- Construction at 771 E 4th has been going on for a year+. There has been a gaping hole between 769 and 771 and squirrels are getting into the walls of 769 and 767 E 4th. Owners not living in house and contractors not doing anything to fix it. Please have inspectional servives follow up with owners to remove squirrels and close up.
