- There is an active rat infestation: rats are attracted to trash, burrow under the building foundation, access tenant decks, and have even been getting into vehicle engines and nesting inside. This presents a serious health and safety risk to residents. Landlord/property management isn’t taking this seriously. I’d like Boston Inspectional Services Department to come by and escalate the issue.
