- When the MBTA has to run shuttle buses because they are repairing the train infrastructure, can the sidewalks please be fully cleared where people board and get off the buses? Snowbanks all along pick up and drop off areas are inaccessible, unacceptable, and dangerous. First picture is outside Green St., Orange line Station, second picture is outside Jackson Square, Orange line station. Many people had to climb on top of snowbanks to get out of the rear bus door, then walk into the busy street because they couldn’t get back onto the sidewalk because of the snow. Please do not just issue a ticket for not clearing snow, this is a bigger MBTA system and city problem that needs to be addressed. City owned sidewalk. | Case (SR) Type: [MBTA] Referred To: [MBTA]
