- Can someone that knows the law come out and address this? FOURTH REQUEST--- First 2 were ignored, someone apparently came out for the third request (101006509076) and said the vehicle was not in violation. The car is parked ILLEGALLY: It is less than 20 feet from the intersection AND it is facing the wrong way 700 CMR 5.00 section 11. That's two violations. Delivery Trucks have trouble making the corner--- if there is a fire on Danville and a fire truck is delayed, these 311 tickets will be posted all over the Globe. Been reporting this for weeks. It isn't that complicated. Black Range Rover.
