- The most recent issue plaguing the tenants in the building is their lack of action in fixing the building’s coin-operated washers and dryers, all of which have been largely inoperable since early December 2025. The group also often forgets to take out the recycling in a timely manner, leading to a cockroach issue in the basement. Cockroaches have been found in upper floor apartments as well. The intercoms to the front door don’t work. |
