- Tickets: L32B2N17 & CMHYP317 were issued by Officer Number 017 on FEB 14 & 18 for the illegal dumping of snow by the city that has been previously reported & closed by you in January. Now I have to appeal twice for what the City of Boston did and has not corrected. Senator Collins said the public is not receiving even the basic service we are entitled to, creating dangerous conditions for elderly.. etc. Please issue Officer 017 a shovel instead of a ticket bag and clean up your mess. Better yet come out and help out yourself. Picture before the snow dumping was not accepted. BTW I'm elderly octogenarian.
