- Hi there, I couldn’t find the right category for review, but I’d like to request a parking study or regulation review for the specific block (42 Strathmore Rd between Orkney Rd and Beacon St). There is an area just in front of 42 Strathmore Rd with 4 spots. There is no sign for resident or visitor. Currently there is an abandoned car that has been sitting for months with CA plates. No movement since the large snow storm and bumper falling off. Can this area be turned into resident or at least 2 hour visitor? It’s odd there is no regulation whatsoever. Thank you.
