- A banner for Firebrand installed on the second floor seems to be installed too close to our building at 134-140 Beach. It is blocking views of South Station for second floor residents. Does this banner have a permit? If so, it could easily be moved to the next flat surface of their building. The line in first photo over the red awning is where it’s placed. 134 Beach is the brown building
