Description: Rat bites: [No] Rats in the house: [Yes] Rats outside of property: [No] What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent reports issues with rodent activity in their unit. Constituent reached out to their landlord starting 11/15/25 regarding rodent activity in their unit. Thier landlord hried an exterminator once to investigate the problem but since then the rodent activity has only gotten worse. Constituent states that the landlord has told them that they're the only one with mice in their unit and that it's the ocnstituent's fault so they haven't done anything more about it. Constituent states it's at the point where mice are on their bed and running around the unit without hiding, as well as leaving feces everywhere. Constituent has also had to relocate their dog with relatives of theirs because it was getting sick as a result of the rodents in the unit.]
