- this house repeatedly leaves trash out like this, there has been a flatscreen TV and a fake christmas tree on the sidewalk / front yard for weeks, covered in snow, rotting food and diapers, rats running and jumping in and out of the piles of trash to the point that neighbors cross the street at night for fear of the rats in the piles because they jump at us. this is seriously a safety hazard.
