- There is a crosswalk at the junction of Harrison and Thayer, near SoWa in the South End. Drivers coming from the north (ie from East Berkeley direction) can see a Crosswalk sign, but there is NO sign at all for drivers coming from the south, (ie from the Randolph Street direction) . I live nearby, I am 77, and I use this crosswalk a lot. Today I was nearly hit by a driver who didn't notice the crosswalk. Please put up a sign.
