- Trash bag left on the sidewalk. It’s on top of a snow bank. Reported to BOS311 and they responded that it’s no code violation. Really? I walk by the area everyday. It isn’t a trash collection spot. And it’s been sitting on the side for weeks. BPW please pick up the trash,
