- I submitted the following report last week. My situation is still not resolved and no one from city government seems to be willing to proactively help us get our plumbing back in order and end this health hazard for my family and potentially our neighbors — even the one refusing to let us do work under her home. It’s been nearly two weeks since we have been able to regularly flush toilets, do dishes, and take showers. All the while sewage is still backing up under our house and likely our neighbor’s, and there’s likely an issue affecting all four attached units through the sewer line. #101006506655
