- It’s a consistency new to the neighborhood and park on handicap when visiting my family members with my grandmother who has to carry oxygen tank and this lady with white car parks into the handicap on purpose idk why she don’t like us as new neighbors or what. My family lives on 50 bower st rite on MLK BlVD so use handicap place on my car when with grandma and these people making it hard cause now we’re blocking the walking path can you please ticket white car so I can park properly and people can walk if I pull back a bit
