- 311- this is the 14th time that I’ve submitted a claim for this stretch sidewalk. I need to walk through every single day. I know you’re gonna say citations been issued. But that doesn’t do anything for me as a person that has to actually deal with this. Is there anything we can do to make this guy shovel his sidewalk? You probably don’t care you’re making a killing off all these fees.
