- About half the cars parked on this snow emergency route won’t budge unless you tow them. Half of the cars moved. This is worst case because the plows can’t plow due to all the cars that didn’t follow the rules, but all the empty spots will be packed in under two feet of snow and no human will be able to shovel them out. The city always ignores this snow emergency route. Please, this time, just once, finally enforce the rules and tow on Northampton between Shawmut and Tremont.
