Description
The cars in the area near 500 Talbot has consistently not been towed during snow emergencies despite the fact that we are a snow emergency route and parking is a nightmare after heavy snow as a result. Businesses and hundreds of residents impacted. Parking ban went into effect at 2pm, report submitted at 5pm.
