- After this snow emergency, can someone please review why Gibson St is the only street in this neighborhood that is part of a snow emergency route? There are lots of people who live in this area and all of the surrounding streets are also snow routes. We are trapped in a grid of no parking with multiple surrounding streets being one ways, with limited parking.
