- I reported 478 Saratoga st because they violate code putting their trash barrels my ally fire exiting the trash belongs to 478 Saratoga st don’t understand why they gave me ticket when I am one complained lots of times about this house not listening to me complaining to the owner about is going on for months but please can you explained my house is not who is putting barrels on alley wrongly gave fine my barrels are mark with my house number they are in my back yard that belong to 478 you can all my barrels on my back yard
