Description: Thank you for replying. I am not asking for our street to be plow as a favor! I have own my house for 20 years and we have never had this issue. What we need is for the City to please stop blocking out private way with more snow and making difficult and extremely hard to plow our only emergency exit. Your response to my first case was really not understandable.
