Description: I'd like to propose a change to the bus routes 7, 9 and 11 (and any other routes that turn right from E 1st onto P st) to shift from driving down P St to driving down Farragut to get to Broadway. It is a tight right turn onto a narrow street, both of which could be avoided by moving one block further east to Farragut. This is made even more evident during any sort of weather event, when cars regularly get stuck on P St and the buses have to wait or back down the street. I have witnessed buses slide into cars and/or get stuck for hours during snow storms and I wonder if this can be avoided by driving down a wider street such as Farragut. I would think this may contribute to a more reliable and consistent bus schedule for riders and importantly a less stressful shift for the drivers. | Case (SR) Type: [MBTA] Referred To: [MBTA]
