"Though we understand that it is frustrating, unfortunately this is unavoidable. The objective of the Public Works department is to clear the roads of snow so that medical apparatuses can make it up and down streets which means that unfortunately, the snow has to be pushed somewhere" earlier but that report didnt show snow getting pushed directly onto the steps.

Description
They pushed it onto my front steps this time. They are going to cause property damage. This is not acceptable. I will consider the city’s refusal to stop this as a waiver of any fees for not shoveling. I’m not clearing road snow from the sidewalk.
