- Apartment building has been neglecting water heating issues for weeks. Calls to maintenance and repair are met with “the heat is fixed they are working on the boiler”. Clearly not fixed and after 4 days it is unacceptable regardless of the snow emergency (it should have been fixed before then!!). Requesting inspection on the building and management
