- Snow plow keeps pushing snow to same side of street. Every time I clear my driveway it gets plowed back in. We are both first responders and don’t have to luxury to stay home. This is ridiculous! They always favor the even side of Hollywood Rd and when we get home from our shift we have to get out and shovel just to get into our driveway, it’s very unfair!

Case Resolved. Thank you for reporting to 311. Public Works is actively treating and plowing all city streets and will continue for the duration of the storm. Though we understand that it is frustrating, unfortunately this is unavoidable. The objective of the Public Works Department is to clear the roads of snow so that medical apparatuses can make it up and down streets which means that unfortunately, the snow has to be pushed somewhere.
