- Handicap side walk not accessible. Driveway completely blocked in by a bulldozer that dumped all the snow behind my car. This didn’t happen the last snow storm. Now there’s a 4 foot wall blocking the sidewalk/ walkway of a handicapped ramp and I’m not able to take my car out.
