- Back Bay Ladies’ Room – Nightly Issue At Back Bay Station, two individuals occupy restroom stalls nightly from approximately 8:30–10:00 PM for over an hour. One stall is used for bathing (ongoing for about a year), and the accessible stall is simultaneously blocked by another lady who pushes a wheelchair Smoking, screaming, and banging on doors have also been reported.
