- In front of 41 Auckland St. in Dorchester sites a car with out of state plates in an area that requires permit parking. Why are these cars allowed to use our scarce parking especially during winter as their personal parking lot? Is this tolerated in the north end or Back Bay?Please ticket or even better TOW these cars as it is not fair to the actual taxpayers who pay an excise tax and high insurance rates to live in park here.
