- Across the street from the route 16 (Outbound to Forest Hills) bus stop, Circuit Dr opp Shattuck Hospital, the opening on the crosswalk/sidewalk is not large enough for a wheelchair user to get by. As seen in the file attached, the man, who had just gotten off the bus, could not cross the street safely and instead had to move further down the street to get to the sidewalk. This poses a clear safety risk to wheelchair users and other disabled persons with walking or visual impairments.
