SNOW EMERGENCY ILLEGAL PARKING - streets not plowed properly! Cars were never towed so Pleasant St in Dorchester was never plowed properly AGAIN! Those of us that moved our cars as we are supposed to have come back to street with nowhere to park and improperly plowed. WHY IS THIS STREET A SNOW EMERGENCY STREET WHEN IT’s NEVER INFORCED? Why does the city task we residents with having to leave and find alternative parking when they never tow the cars in violation, so the the street never gets plowed properly? How’s Comm Ave in the Back Bay? Looks pretty good!
