The street need to be widened for two vehicle, Snow plowing was terrible after the storm ended. not performed efficiently. Is the city lack the funding for contractors to plow the side streets due to lack of ICE cooperation? Leicester street is all slush no asphalt showing. Only see one snow plow through Bennett Street after storm ended. See plenty of plowing on Market Street.
