Description: Every time it snows at Brighton Marine (77 Warren St) they use a truck all night including during the city’s quiet hours from 2300-0700 to clean snow out of their parking lot. The truck has a back up alarm and beeps most of the time making it impossible to sleep. This occurred last storm for about one night but as they are currently doing it, this will be the 3rd night in a row.
