- Noise complaint - the city has sent 3 trucks and several men to remove snow from a residential block at 11pm - they are just keeping their trucks on and making non stop beeping, and shining lights into our apartment and men are slamming their shovels against cement ground. Not even removing snow. This is non stop noise. Can they turn offf their trucks???
